  • 8 Thought Leaders and Creative Leaders desiring to hone their next-level leadership and clarity in a curated, private small group mastermind.

  • This process takes 12 weeks and will likely begin mid-September or mid-October, 2022. The start date will be based upon the mastermind’s scheduling needs. Once we begin, we will meet for 60 minutes once a week, Saturday mornings at 7:30am Pacific // 10:30am Eastern time zones. There will be a break in December to transition with joy into 2023 and pick up in January.

The truth about leaders is that when you speak, people listen.

You have influence. You move in your power.

But this reality can feel lonely, especially in times of identity shifts and transformation. Many leaders feel isolated, forced to change and evolve quickly and privately. And yet, becoming a next-level leader requires community. It requires evolution into leading with purpose, vision and vulnerability.

The mastermind model

This 8-person mastermind is a curated group of thought leaders and creative leaders who understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality, and agree to uphold it. I am speaking with every potential participant and not all conversations will lead to an invitation to join.

The Artist’s Way

We will be using Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way as our primary exploration tool. However, with my facilitation and guidance, we will introduce perspectives beyond the ones presented in her book. While I respect the body of work that Julia Cameron has written in the course of her lifetime, it is painstakingly obvious that The Artist’s Way was written by someone unaware of the systems of supremacy culture that we must navigate daily.

We will explore the exercises presented in the book along with the context of what it means to move in the world with each of our specific circumstances, cultures and contexts.
