Please take note: These creativity playshops are live virtual sessions that are generative in their nature. Meaning, we will meet live to read, create and share our work and othersβ work with one another.
This process is more of a remembering of the artist that lives in you. I will not be teaching writing or artistic techniques, rather creating the space for you to share your artistry within. A space to practice a joyful consistent creative practice. A space to experiment and fail and learn and create and grow. A space to get reacquainted with parts of yourself that you miss / want to witness / desire to love better.
Imagine moving through life more connected and confident to who you truly are. It starts with your yes to your self. And then, we can go there and lend one another creative courageβ¦. together.

Hot seat coaching is the practice of a participant asking the group to share to the community, to ask for feedback, and guidance, and also receive direct support from Nadia. The idea behind hot seat coaching is to experiment with the βedgyβ parts of who you are that are ready to transform, take root and grow. These sessions help everyone, from the person in the hot seat to the observers gaining insight through witnessing. Hot seats are an extremely effective process to accelerate growth.

I'm Nadia β a multi-faceted human with a deep love for living whole. Iβm a conscious leadership coach for leaders with young children.
In the past 10 years of exploring my inner world through creative practices, spirituality, education and personal development, I've had the privilege of becoming βa TEDx speakerβ, βa published authorβ and cohosting international creative retreats for seven years before shifting my focus.
In the last two years, I've studied and completed with the βMartha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach trainingβ while also focusing my energy on my family business - βa Montessori microschool in Miamiβ.
